At fostering, that is! We finally made it official and signed the papers on Bowser. I love this picture of him. I like to think of him asking "Really. Really, you love me and are going to keep me?"
With his markings, it's hard to see if his eyes are open or not. I purchased this collar from CollarTown before we decided to make it official. It was too cute to pass up. Does this mean I have a collar addiction?
I always hate to use the term "foster failure". I never really consider it failing, it is sometimes just meant to be.
Congratulations to you and to Bowser! How wonderful! Super cute collar too.
ReplyDeleteWell done :) I love that collar, just wish the postage wasn't so expensive to New Zealand!
ReplyDeleteI must get the wrong foster dogs, I'm on my third and haven't connected strongly enough with any of them to not be able to give them back. Which is good in a way as if/when I keep one that will mean the end of fostering for me.
Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!!! I love the new collar!
ReplyDeleteThis is wonderful!! When it's right, you know it in your gut ... no failure involved. It's success and a bright future for all involved. Congratulations.
ReplyDeleteI think Bowser is all agreeing that you are for him and he is for you!
ReplyDeleteCongrats!!!

ReplyDeletehe is so handsome! adam needs a new collar so i am definitely going to check out collar town.. also got news of my own, took adam to the dentist 2 weeks ago and they pulled the majority of his teeth. they were sooo bad!!! he only has 8 tiny ones left in the front. he is so missing his nightly snacks. any suggestions of SOFT snacks?? i cried so much when we brought him home the next morning from the vet. his face and nose were all swollen and brusied. eyes looked like he had been crying. vet said he wouldnt eat or drink for them and they were concerned. i pleaded to let me get him home and see how he did. he has high anxiety levels anyways. sure enough- he walked in and drank a whole bowl of water( approx. half gallon) and i fixed him warm soft food with half a pain pill. he slept for 5 hours straight. and now is back to his 'ol self.:)
