Lazy Days...

Tom and Sadie napping together. Tom is usually a touch-me-not. I can't believe he laid there with his leg around Sadie's neck. They are so cute together. Not much else going on around here these days. Ulrick is still hanging out with the family who watched him while I was in Atlanta. I am hoping they adopt him. He seems very happy there and their dog is loving having another companion. I am still waiting for a new foster.

In the meantime, I found this recipe a long time ago for a "frosty paws" treat. I haven't tried it yet, but thought I would share anyway.

32 ounces of vanilla yogurt
1 banana
1 cup peanut butter melted

Blend together and pour into individual containers and freeze. Let me know if you make them and how your hounds like them!

  1. I love it when my kids snuggle together. Makes me want to join them.

  2. Good luck to Ulrick! Bunny would snuggle with anyone, but Blueberry is often not in the mood.

I am still looking for the cake recipe! It might be in the Three Dog Bakery cookbook.

  4. Tom and Sadie look so comfortable:) Frankie isn't allowed to drape himself over Beryl, but he's used and abused by her:) She considers him her personal hot water bottle!

I've never made frosty paws. Must have a go although I don't think they would like this recipe as Frankie doesn't like banana or PB and Beryl doesn't like banana ... I think I'd like them though:)

    Good luck to Ulrick.
